  1. is it normal for it to be sore after a few days? It was my first deadlift and the soreness I have is the same feeling I got from doing benchpress and other workouts for the first time. I mostly feel the soreness when I bend over to get something from the ground but if I stand straight, I don't feel any soreness

  2. 95% of lifters need to watch this fucking shit it blows my mind, i mean BLOWS my mind, how stupid some of these people are like even before I started lifting weights I knew not to lift with the back, DONT LIFT WITH BACK itโ€™s a combination of motion not just the back you WILL 100% have back problems down the road if you lift with your back. Even competition lifters are doing it wrong. Just use your damn head itโ€™s common sense that when you are on your way up and your back is arched like a dog taking a shit that you are hurting yourself IT LITERALLY LOOKS AND FEELS 100% WRONG. Rant over but Iโ€™m still fucking HEATED

  3. How many set can you do in a day or gym session? Iโ€™m just curious cause itโ€™s a heck of a workout. I just got started doing this. I do about 4 to 6 sets with 4-8 reps. I heard it might damage you nervous system or something if youโ€™re just doing compound workouts. The weight is heavy for me. By the 4th rep, I want to give up.

  4. so do your abs come into play with the top portion of the concentric?.. I feel it hard when I do deadlifts… I almost feel that those fail first when I do the lift… it's my abs that want to give and result in my abandonment of form when close to failure. just wondering if I am doing it right
